Why this matters to us, and to everyone we serve
When it comes to your post, trust is essential. You’re handing over personal and sometimes sensitive information and that deserves more than just technical security..
That’s why The Digital PO Box was built with privacy and security at its core. Not as an afterthought, but as a principle shared by our entire network.
From the way we store your data to how we train our local Partners, every step is designed to keep your information safe, private, and fully under your control.
We’re not just compliant. We’re committed.

Who sees your mail?
Only authorized staff at the location where your post is received will physically handle the envelope.
Once scanned, your documents are uploaded securely and stored in encrypted form. Only you can access them via your personal app or portal. Not the partner, not TDPB, not anyone else.
Scans are never read, analyzed or shared. You stay in full control. Always.

What happens to your data?
We treat your data as yours, not ours.
All your data, including scanned documents and account info, is encrypted and stored securely, using GDPR-compliant systems and internal access controls.
You decide:
We never use your data for profiling, advertising or training AI models. Not now, not ever.
Your rights & transparency
Your data belongs to you, and we make it easy to manage.
Basic updates like email and phone number can be done in your portal. For legal changes (like company name), a formal request may be needed.
We never keep personal data longer than legally required and we’re always transparent about what’s possible.
If something’s unclear, just ask. We’ll walk you through it.
We’re committed to transparency and will always explain what’s possible under applicable regulations.
Physical privacy starts with trusted people
Every TDPB Partner is carefully selected. Not just for their location, but for who they are.
We verify:
Only authorized staff handle incoming mail, always out of public view, following the same secure process.
Because privacy is a mindset, not just a protocol.
