Choose your location, enter and verify your email address and choose your monthly or yearly Digital PO Box subscription.
To fully activate your Digital PO Box, you’ll need to complete a quick ID verification. It only takes a few minutes and helps us keep our network safe, prevent misuse and build trust between customers and local Partners.

2 - Share your address
Now it’s time to start using your new postal address.
Share it with anyone who needs to reach you: government bodies, banks, webshops, clients, you name it. Make sure to include your personal PO Box number when sharing your address.

3 - Choose how we process your mail
We offer three ways to handle incoming mail:
- Full scan + destroy
The envelope is opened, the contents are scanned, and the original document is securely shredded after 14 days. - Full scan + forward
The envelope is opened, the contents are scanned, and the original document is forwarded at your preferred frequency. - Envelope-only scan + forward
Only the front of the envelope is scanned. The envelope remains sealed and is forwarded unopened at your preferred frequency.
- Full scan + destroy

4 - Manage your mail
View your post directly in the app. Anytime, anywhere.
Once scanned, your letter or document appears as a high-quality PDF. You can:
- Download it
- Archive or delete it
- Automatically forward it (e.g. to your accountant or email address)
- Sync it with other tools (like a bookkeeping app)

5 - Mail forwarding
Need the original document? No problem.
We’re a digital-first service, designed to receive and scan your mail.
But we understand that sometimes, you still need the original.Even if you’ve selected “scan and destroy” - our most chosen option - forwarding may still happen. This could be because we receive something we can’t scan, like a bank card, or because you realise after viewing the scan that you need the original after all.

Only pay for what you need.
Everything is free during your first 14 days, including scans and forwarding.
