How it works

All new customers start with a free 14-day trial, including scans.
After that, billing begins automatically based on your selected plan.

  • PO Box subscriptions are billed either monthly or yearly, depending on your choice
  • Unlimited Scanning and Full Service are billed monthly, starting from activation
  • Scan credits are charged only when you purchase them, no recurring fees
  • Forwarding costs are billed on demand, only after you approve a shipment

Subscriptions are billed individually each month, based on their start date.

For example, if you activate your PO Box on the 3rd, you’ll be charged on the 3rd of each month. Add another location on the 5th? That one will be billed on the 5th.

Payment methods

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Stripe supports most major credit and debit cards. Depending on your country, you may also be able to use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or local options like SEPA, iDEAL, or Bancontact.

TDPB supports automatic payments only, so you never have to worry about missing a renewal or due date.

Invoicing & VAT

You’ll receive an automatic invoice for each payment, whether it’s a monthly subscription, a yearly plan or scan credits.
Your invoices are available directly via Stripe. You can access them through the secure Stripe link sent in your confirmation email.
Invoices include VAT where applicable, based on your location and tax status.
